By accessing and using this criminal statistics tracking and analysis application ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Application.

This application is a role-playing tool for GTA 5 and all data is fictional within the context of the game.

2. Discord OAuth 2.0 Authentication

The Application uses Discord OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication. By logging in:

• You accept Discord's terms of service and privacy policy
• The Application accesses your Discord ID, username and email (scopes: identify, email)
• You do not authorize the Application to modify your Discord account or access your private servers
• Authentication is encrypted and secured via HTTPS/TLS 1.2+

You can revoke the Application's access to Discord via your Discord account settings (Authorized Applications) at any time.

3. Authorized Use

The Application is reserved exclusively for authorized players participating in role-playing sessions on GTA 5. Access is strictly controlled and limited to persons with valid Discord credentials on the gaming server.

• CRIME Service: Full read and write access
• AVOCAT Service: Read-only access filtered by client case
• PROCUREUR/JUGE Service: Read-only access with sanctions modification
• OWNER Service: Complete user management and application configuration

4. Confidentiality and Role-Playing Respect

Although all data is fictional within the GTA 5 role-playing context, users commit to respecting the immersion and confidentiality of game information:

• Do not disclose game information to unauthorized players (metagaming)
• Protect your login credentials
• Report any suspected security breaches immediately
• Use data only within the context of role-playing

5. User Responsibilities

Within the context of role-playing, each player is responsible for:

• The accuracy of information entered in the gaming system
• Compliance with server and role-playing rules
• Adherence to internal rules of your RP service
• Appropriate use of the Application while respecting immersion

6. Game Data and Confidentiality

The Application processes fictional character data within the GTA 5 role-playing context. Data is:

• Only fictional game data (characters, vehicles, RP incidents)
• Retained to ensure continuity of role-playing
• Protected by security measures to prevent abuse
• Accessible only to authorized players according to their role on the server

7. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is". While we strive to ensure service availability and reliability, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Complete absence of errors or bugs
• Compatibility with all devices and browsers

8. Modification of Terms

These terms of service may be modified at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Suspension and Access Revocation

Access to the Application may be suspended or revoked at any time in case of:

• Violation of these terms of service
• Abusive use of the system (metagaming, power gaming, etc.)
• Compromised login credentials
• Character change or departure from the RP server
• Non-compliance with GTA 5 RP server rules

10. Legal Provisions

These terms of service are governed by applicable laws. In case of dispute, the parties agree to resolve the disagreement amicably. The Application operates within the strict framework of role-playing and all data is fictional.
